1. Orders
A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel an order if a part turns out to be unavailable or damaged during final inspection; any payment is then refunded in full.
2. Prices
Prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
3. Fitment
Compatibility information is given in good faith. Please compare the OEM number with your original part, or send us your VIN before ordering and we will check it for you.
4. Condition of used parts
Used parts are original parts removed from vehicles. They may show normal signs of use that do not affect function. Photos and descriptions show the actual condition.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may return any part within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. The part must be returned in the condition it was received, not fitted and without damage to seals or connectors.
6. Warranty
Used parts carry a 3-month functional warranty, new parts the manufacturer warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation.
